You will receive a secure jewelry bag and shipping box. Inside the package is also the correct prepaid postage. We take care of the cost and make it simple for you to turn your unwanted gold jewelry into cash.

We accept all forms of gold, platinum and diamonds. The material must have gold metal in it to be reviewed for cash exchange or it will be sent back. Such items include: gold or platinum jewelry broken or whole, gold coins (including foreign), dental gold, medals and gold castings. We only accept whole diamonds, not chipped, broken or treated.

When you receive your kit simply place all your gold items into the reinforced plastic poly bag, fill out the information card with your correct name and contact info, place the plastic bag inside the larger envelope and take to the US Post Office.

When we receive your package, we will take inventory of your items and perform a test to ensure the content of precious metals or diamonds. We then grade the metal (14k 18k, 22k 24k, platinum) and diamonds in our laboratory. Once our tests are complete we will call you with our offer! After this point, if you accept our offer we will mail you a check the same day or return your items.
