I can't say enough about their repair department! and there staff. They made me feel assured every step of the way. I emailed for them for the special mail in box and I received it within the next two days. I was feeling a little funny about sending it in, but when I researched the main company I saw how professional they we so I took a chance. The next day I received an estimate for the work and I was able to pay right on lie. My watch was back on my wrist five days later looking like when I just bought it.
